Some time ago, when I had a flight from Jogyakarta to Denpassar, I looked out of the window of the plane and I saw these Gunung Api, it was a beautiful sight. I think the nearest could be mount Semeru, but I am not so sure about that.
The photograph below is even more beautiful I think because you can see right into the mouth of the vulcano.
